Re: HP 9000dn screen won't turn on!

Sorry that I keep messaging here, I followed the steps below:

 

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Power the printer on while holding down the PAUSE/RESUME key on the control panel until all three LED's cycle on and off and then back on.

  3. Then press the  Back button

  4. The following will be displayed on the control panel: INITIALIZE DISKS .

  5. Press the  SELECT button.

  6. The printer will begin initializing the disk (this may take a moment) and then the control panel will display the HP Event Logo and eventually come to a READY status.

  7. The hard drive should now be properly initialized

     

    I do get step 4( INITIALIZE DISKS) and then I get the two rows of starts with all three LED lights on...Nothing happens no matter how much I wait...Why is that happening?
