Friday our Laserjet pro scanning worked (from computer to printer). Came in Monday and the scanner didn't work. (says scanning but the Laserjet doesn't do anything and a blank page appears on the computer screen.
Monday morning we uninstalled and reinstalled software twice (once from disk once from drivers online and tried without firewall on as well. To no avail.
Our IT guy came in today and redid everything including uninstalling and scrubbing - still doesn't work.
We believe it's a windows update issue. Anyone else having this issue. Does anyone have any information on what we can do to resolve this? Can't contact HP tech support unless we pay because we only have an extended warranty on the unit itself not software issues.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
