HP laserjet 4l printer not listed in list of HP laserjet printers on my laptop DEll D610.

I have a HP Laserjet 4l printer and previously I had windows xp operating system. When I upgraded to Windows 7 my printer  stopped being recognised. I have a DEll D610 laptop. Recently, I came to know that driver for this printer on Dell D610 with windows has been written. I had downloaded and installed the driver. But when I had to install the printer I don't find HP laserjet 4L in the list of printers. When I go through the list I see several printers of HP laserjet. 

I see HP laserjet 3390/3392 Plus followed by  HP laserjet 4100 Series PCL6 but HP Laserjet 4l can not be seen in the List of printers. I have misplaced the original disk which came with the printer long time ago. Can some one help me how I can put my printer to use. Thanks
