Hello, so you have a 49 error code while off the network? You have the machine powered on not connected to anything and it still has a 49 error? The formatter you replaced was it new OEM? OR was it refurb board? Might be a defective board you received.
Furthermore, recently I have seen a lot of 49/79 error codes even with the latest firmware flashed to it. I have pin-pointed it is issues with the user's browser. When they go to the toolbar to print it causes the 49/79 error code, but if they print using the hyperlink "print" button, it then converts to a printable version and you will not get the error. Not sure if anyone has come across this issue, but just wanted to add my findings in case others are coming across this issue and have wasted money thinking it is the formatter.
