XP Version 3 print driver for a HP Laserjet 4200 printer - Server 2012

See the link below. I am having a similar problem trying to get XP client PCs to print to a printer that is shared using Server 2012. Where can I get a version 3 print driver for a HP Laserjet 4200 printer ?
