Sorry you are having such difficulties. This is a user support forum and most people who post here do not work for hp. First suggestion would be to call hp customer care and find authorized support providers in your area. The web locator does not work and calling is the only way. The other option is to contact hp customer care again for support on your printers. Be sure after they say they are sending return boxes or support personnel to your location that you get a case number. All hp personnel have to log in their calls and keep a record of what was dicussed. If you have a case number a supervisor or other personnel can look it up to see what is the problem.
