I am having the same run around as well. I have two printers a model hp cp5225dn and a hp cp5525 that needs warranty repair/replaced. I was on the phone as well for over 3 hours. talking to a operaters troubleshooting and circle talk. and i finally talk to a guy but he said the will send a box in for warranty repair for both my printers, and said it will be in the next day. 3 weeks later nothing. Why can't this be resolved?

Also I don't understand why I can not just ship this one back to HP it was new out of the box and I spent over an hour on the phone with support while he had me try the same three things that were not working. It is very frustrating.
