I have a problem with :
PRINTER:
HP CP4525
PN: CC495A
SN: [Personal Information Removed]
I replaced him formatter PN: CC493A-69003 because he could not run at all. After replacing the formatter.
When starting, printer pass initialization 6th / 6 and start with Error 57.07. (This error I can found in the documentation).
Can navigate through the menu, but can not print. printer will not print with engin test, and when connect printer to the network
I'll see all of its parameters, and then access it from computer without problems. HOW mistakes that begins with 57 points to the fans
I was checking out fan and three pieces are run during the ignition and the fan no. 2 of Figure 1 from Annex at all immovable.
Same when before starting printer disconnect wires from any fan error is change, when disconnect wires from this fanerror stay on 57.07.
I checked the wires that lead to the fans, and everything is OK. When I replace this fan, error stay same.
