My 2200dn is installed on an XP OS. It shows up as Series PCL6. When I plugged this printer into my Win 7 computer it automatically installed the driver for Series PCL5, which does not offer double-sided copying. I have tried to download another driver, but PCL6 does show up anywhere as an option. When I insert my installation disk in the computer I end up each time with an error message "The folder you specified does not contain compatible software for your device..." So I cannot re-install the printer from the disk and cannot find any driver for PCL6.
