Hello, I have seen an increase in my territory regarding these errors, different models, older, newer, 49, and 79 which are pretty much the same general error message. In all instances it was people were printing from websites, I would clear the first job in queue, reboot and everything else would print like normal. Only thing I can think of being the issue is the browser, or something on the website some kind of script working in the background. Doing a firmware update will not fix the issue, as some of the machines have the latest, so I did more troubleshooting and narrowed it down to one of those two possibilities. Although something tells me it most be a browser issue.
