Thanks. I did go find that bulletin and triple checked that the door is tightly shut. Error still shown.
Another tech told me the 10 in the code indicates cartridge issue, but the 9 and 5 in the code don't show up in the service manual.
I took the bin out, cleaned everything in the area, put it back in and the error still persists.
Said tech thinks a partial firmware reset (?) will need to be done. Don't know about that one.
Anybody else got anything?
