What you say does not make sense. The transfer belt only touches the back of the paper has it comes up from the tray so if you are getting streaks on the paper, then it is coming from the toner cartridges. That would make more sense since if the toner cartridges have an issue the streaks are then put on the transfer belt after the paper has moved from the bottom toner to the top. What you need to do is go to the diagnostics menu and choose the item pq troubleshooting and run the routine. The first page will be instructions. See if the instructions help to narrow down the issue. You can also in the same diagnostics menu choose the item disable cartridge check and when the printer says ready diagnostics mode you can open the toner door and remove all but one of the toners and run the same pages again to see if you can narrow down which toner is causing the issue.
