I hope that by now you have figured out your issue with the CP2025.
I have one that I am currently working on that has the same type issue. Printing any single page test print from the printer goes flawlessly, but as soon as I choose a multipage print it jams every page after the first. From what I can tell is that the printer is not moving the next page far enough into the paper path to continue the printing process. I removed the front cover of tray 2 so that I could watch the process take place. The pick roller is not slipping, it merely does not rotate and push the paper the extra inch or so it needs to continue the process.
So, if anyone has experienced this before I would be happy to take suggestions. Since there is no part number for the entire tray 2 pick assembly. I seen that some one suggested the DC Control board, but I'm curious if that would be the root cause for what seems to be a timing issue.
Yes, I have replace the p/u roller and the separation roller.
Also, as a further side note, this printer had an optional tray 3 base that prints flawlessly even with multiple pages.
Thanks in advance for any help,
