Go to the diagnostics menu and run the pq troubleshooting pages. Look at the solid fill pages. Now in the same menu go to the item disable cartridge check. When the printer says ready, diagnostics mode, open the front cover and swap the magenta and cyan and the yellow and the black. Now go back to the diagnostics menu and print the same pq troubleshooting pages. Look at the solid fill pages again. If the yellow and magenta still have issues then it is the toner cartridges and nothing else. If the problem now appears on the cyan and black pages, then the issue is the slots and you may need to take it in for service.
