We purchased a brand new HP Laserjet 601 printer for our school. Whenever we try to print, it always asks me to place paper in tray 1, and will not pull from tray 2. The settings under the tray management section are exactly the same as another 601 we recently purchased. Here is the exact message we get:
LoadTray1: ShelfLabels, Letter (In Orange)
To use another tray, press OK
For help press ?
After seeing that, if I press OK I get the option to print from tray 2, but obviously the teacher doesn't want to have to do this every time she prints a document. We just want it to print from tray 2 by default. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
