I've updated the firmware on all of the printers, but still experiencing the same problem. I then thought that it was related to the switch (Cisco switches in our environment) so I added a budget netgear switch to plug into the printer between it and the Cisco switch, but the problem reappeared after a couple weeks. I don't know how to troubleshoot any further, anybody have an idea? Thanks!
