We just purchased 3 new HP LaserJet Pro 400 m451dn printers for our company and 2 of the 3 have problem detecting the toner cartridges. I've scoured the forums and internet to find a solution to this issue but none of the solutions posed have worked.
on both of the trouble printers all catridges are not recognized except for the yellow one. and giving an error 10.1000
Things I have done to troubleshoot
1. Make sure the preinstalled strips were removed
2. updated the firmware on the printer
3. made sure the contact points on the catridges and the printer were aligned and contacting
4. replaced cartridges with known working cartidges
5. defaulted printer settings/ reset printer
I'm really lost here and need any help I can get
