I am uploading a file that printed with my color laser jet 4700. It has black vertical rows on both sides of the paper a few inches in.
Can anyone tell me what would fix this?
I do not use this printer often. In fact, I bought it years ago, 2008 I think, and I have not even refilled the ink. I have had problems printing with it. Most the time when I click print, it gives me an error, so I use one of my other printers. I have a solid ink Phaser and I have another laser, so this one set a lot not being used. When I called HP, they said they could not help because it was out of warranty. I gave a lot for this printer to just toss it now when I have not ever used the first ink that came in it.
If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
