Go into the paper handing menu and then go to fuser modes and play with the settings for the type of paper you are telling the printer is loaded in the tray you are using. Example if you are using tray 2 and have it set to preprinted media and the program prints to preprinted media, then in the paper handling menu go to fuser mode and under preprinted change the setting from auto to lets say high1 or high 2 or low 1, etc as I am not sure what all setting are there and then do a test to find out which mode works best for the media.
