I had several users complaining that the CM2320 was not printing out large documents (we have a 4540 that allowed them to). I researched the printer and determined that additional RAM would correct the issue. Went to our normal retailer, purchased a C912A-160104-PE 128mb stick. Received the stick and went to install it, and realized the stick does not fit into the RAM slot on the side of the printer. I do NOT have the original documentation for the printer, so I do not know what type of stick to put in there. I have some RAM that probably would fit into the printer, but I don't want to put it in and cause a bigger issue.
I have attached a picture of the slot in question. If anyone knows the right size/type of RAM I need to order, it would be much appreciated.
