First off I assume this is the P3015 and mentioned in the title and not the post. 240K is a lot without replacing the pickup roller. That is the first thing I would do. The other item to check is the paper out flag. Sometimes when removing the tray (there is a cutout in the back of the tray so as not to hit the flag) is done so at an angle the flag can be bent to one side and can cause jamming issues as it presses down on the paper rather then laying on the paper. You need to center that paper out flag and it should move up all the way.
