I'm running Win 7 (64-bit). Recently my printer disappeared. Got it back but for some reason it attached itself to virtual USB 001 port. It prints anything I created on my PC; however, it will NOT print my E-statements. I get all my CC stmts electronically so need to be able to print those. Seems to me the printer was on a different port previously and the driver I thought was a PCL-5 but I don't know how to get that driver or change ports or if either is even necessary. Thank you.
