I have a LaserJet P2015 Enterprise printer and Friday we had a paper jam on the unit. Since then, after every few pages, it has jammed. I have checked to make sure that there are no small pieces of paper left in the feed path. So I am thinking that whomever tried to remove the page either broke something, moved something out of alignment or maybe even the pickup rollers are dried out and having issues.
Though this morning I did make sure they didn't have it over filled, made sure the paper was snug in the two trays and that seems to have resolved the issue. I ran about 50 pages through it and have had no jams.
My question is, is there a suggested maintenance on the number of pages printed? We are up around 240,000 pages. but to me, that doesn't seem like a lot considering it is an enterprise level printer. And it is not even a year old.
Any advice would be appreciated.
