I was referred here from the Home forum by the HP representative. I apologize if this is the wrong forum but I need an answer.
I have a LaserJet 2035n on my home network connected with an ethernet cable. It has worked fine for 2 years and suddenly I'm having problems after my PC has rebooted or gone to sleep. The next time I print I get a "User Intervention Required" message. There is no problem and the message can't be cleared. The only thing I can do is clear the queue, delete the printer and reinstall it. I have done this 9 times now. Stopping/starting the spooler has no effect and I am unable to delete the printer port. I do not have any additional HP software installed. Searching the web I see many people have had the problem but no one has a fix posted. The printer seems to work properly when connected via USB cable but I don't want to do this. I really hope you can help.
