My customer is experiencing the problem, jamming just below the yellow toner. This started happening just after replacing the yellow toner. The customer uses “HP Compatible” toner. After the yellow toner replacement, the ETB started making a straining sound (the ETB was replaced recently) and the jamming started. My assumption was the yellow toner was defective. The customer got another yellow toner from their vendor but the jamming problem persisted. Do you think the ETB should be replaced again?
