Last few months we have seen HP fusers stop working. We have 20 or so printers and we have been using the HP maintenance kits. Even though these fusers are supposed to last 225K but these fusers stop working (giving various 50.x error messages), and stop printing. When we switch the fusers, they work fine. These kits are not cheap and I am trying to get replacement since they did not last the whole 225K.
I have 3 bad fusers and I have two more printers down because of fusers.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
And how can I get replacements?
