The common issues caused due to use of non-HP cartridges are toner leakage, poor print quality, heavy toner debris inside paper path and printer internal components, noise issues, etc.
Hence it might be suggested to get the printer tested with genuine HP toner cartridge.
Replacing the toner cartridge with genuine HP cartridge may or may not resolve the issue, but it will prevent recurrence of certain issues in future and you would continue to receive the complete warranty cover for your product.
