Good day to all.
I have an old 4700n printer which was working fine a few days ago, then someone from our office tried to update the firmware of the 4700n, I don't know what else have this guy do to the printer but now it's just not working, when I try to plug it in into the network it gave me the 49.4CF2 error, so I managed to connect it trough a cross cable, I can see the web interface of the printer but when I try to update the firmware (in case the one that my co-worker put in the first place was corrupted) It tells me that the action was aborted due some errors I'm totally lost I have searched trough the web and tried to update the firmware via ftp with no success.
