HP LaserJet 700 MFP M775 : Cannot obtain DHCP Address

Hi,

we have received a brand new M775 Printer. When I start it, it cannot obtain an IP Address from our DHCP Server.

Of course, the IPV4 DHCP option is activated. IPV6 is disabled.

We have received the exact same model 2 weeks ago, and we had no problem.

It's not a network issue because the same network connection is working with another DHCP Printer.

When I set a static IP Address, it works I can access the printer through the network. But it's not a solution, we need to use DHCP adresses.

Any idea ?
