You are correct on the paper guides being mis-adjusted. We were getting 13.02, 13.20, 13.01 errors. Says to open the tray & then open the top cover to get rid of jam! After replacing fuser, rollers, etc... with no avail --- TAKE THE PAPER TRAY OUT, REMOVE ALL PAPER, AND SET THE GUIDES IN THE TRAY EXACTLY TO THE LETTER POSITION ON THE TRAY BOTTOM. This took care of all phatom jams! Unbelievable!
