HP CP3525 printing black where there should be white

Hi I have a HP CP3525 which is printing solid black where ther should be white. In diagnostic mode I move the cyan into the black slot and thw white areas printed solid cyan. Any area with print is not solid and prints fine. Could this be a laser issue, the transfer belt looks clean and fine as do all contacts.
