I want to answer something you stated yesterday....about it not being a Duplex printer...There are several versions of the 2400 series...various options.
To keep it simple and for costs' sake, HP made them all with the same mechanics...just different electronics and firmware....
SO, yours has the mechanics to do Duplex, but not the Duplex electronics...
