Hello, have you tried updating the firmware on the printer? Also, in regards to your excel file, does it do it on all excel files or just this particular file? Another thing have you recently updated your windows office software? My guess is that the file in question is not communicating properly with the printer, if other documents print fine. I would do a firmware upgrade on your printer, and if the error still returns, try converting the file to pdf format then see if you can print it without issues. If it works after converting to pdf then something is wrong with the file.
