On replacing the printer cartridge the toner light flashes indicating that the toner cartridge is missing. I have tried reloading the toner cartridge several times to ensure the contacts are made. I have reloaded the old toner cartridge and the light stops flashing. I have removed the plastic strip on the new cartridge. I have tried turning the priner OFF/ON a few times.
Any ideas gratefully received.
