This is a carousel error. The carousel will not turn. Most times this is caused by one of the toners not sitting right. Open the top cover and see if you can remove the one toner you see and then turn the printer off and then back on to see if the error goes away. If not then you really need to remove the top cover and release the carousel brake to remove all the toners and then turn the printer on to see if you get the same error. If you do then the rotary drive assembly needs to be replaced.
