My problem is the print quality is faded. I see no toner residue at all on the belt when I take it out to examine. This is what happened.

 

The printer lost network connectivity. We replaced the DC Board and Formatter. The embedded connected never did work even with the new formatter so we used a Jet Card. This got the network to work. However the issue of fadding appears.

 

Should we be looking at replacing the belt seeing there is no evidence of any toner on the belt at all? We have done calibration after calibration, replaced all the toners.
