I have two users with the same problem. They are directly connected from their Windows 7 (64bit) pcs to a HP LaserJet 9000 printer via a TCP/IP port. Both are using the Windows Update driver for the HP LaserJet 9000 PCL 5 driver. According to the default settings on the printer, they are both printing to the 3000 page output stacker. They want to change their output destination to the Standard Output bin on the top of the printer. However, in the printer preferences, they are unable to change the bin, as all it says is "Automatically select".
The rest of the users in the office are running Windows XP, SP3 and connect to the printer via a print server. If I change the default setting on the printer for the two Windows 7 users, the rest of the users then have the same issue
