Here are some options you can check :
1) Check that the print in grayscale setting is not selected in the print driver. Make sure you have selected print in color. There are some settings that may have changed or the defaults changed so it would be good to check that this is not the cause
2) Check ink levels and replace low or empty cartridges. You can print the supplies status pages and check the levels. Additionally, you can check that all cartridges are correctly installed.
3) You can also try to isolate the issue if you print an extended self test report, which can identify if there is a problem with the unit/cartridges or is a Software issue.
Normally, you dont have to set up settings in the device , just in the printer driver. Hope this information helps
