Hi
If one or more colors are missing on the printout these are some of the most common causes:
1) The access door was opened partially and then closed. Opening and closing the access door completely majes sure that the toner drive mechanism works correclty after you close the door.
2) Access door is not closed completely
3) Protective tape reamains on the print cartridge and blocks the fow of toner onto the page
4) The print cartridges are not seated correctly in their slots.
I recommend you to check that none of this situations are causing your problem. Hope this helps
