Sorry for the previous incorrect solution - the INPW has nothing to do with the message  "Access Denied. Your IP Address cannot access this device."  That message is generated by the Jetdirect Print Server in your network print server when its Access Control List is enabled but excludes the client that is making the connection.

 

To regain control of the printer you must reset security from the printer control panel:  Menu - Network Settings - Embedded Jetdirect - Security - Reset Security - Save -  and then exit back to HOME.   This will disable and clear the Access Control List; note that this will also clear the admin password, firewall, IPSec etc. You should plan on reviewing all security settings on the printer after resetting security.

 

The Access Control List can be found on the web interface under Networking - Authorization - Access Control.  (Your mileage may vary; this interface has evolved over the years.)
