Hello, sometimes just reloading the firmware might make a difference, so even if it looks like there has not been an update, you can always reflash it and see if it makes a difference.
Also, so if you do one page print out does it print? Or blank as well? Also, I would try to do a print engine test, also, try printing out a config and see if it is blank, this way you can determine whether it is a hardware or software issue.
