Look like you have some foreign matter at one side of the slot. I would take a flashlight and remove both the magenta and the cartridge next to it and compare the slot to see if I can see what may be there. Could be a scrap of paper or something else. It always seems to be in the same position so it could be the itb but could also be the transfer roller in the right side door or even the fuser intake. I would remove the fuser and look at the side where the smearing is happening. It really looks like something rubbing against the image before it goes thru the fuser.
