HP Laserjet 4020 - Office 365 - Word - printing locks up Word.

Hi!

Please help!

Word (Office 365) locks up when I try printing a second time to the HP 4020. The printing progress bar travels 1/3 the way across and just sits there, and the program greys out and becomes unresponsive.

The first time I print, it works ok!

I've downloaded CLJ_CP4025_CP4525_drv-only_13240 .exe in an attempt to fix it, and it didn't.

Both of these attempts have not resolved the issue.

I don't know much about diagnosing printer issues - so I may not have done something I should have to help resolve the issue.

Can anyone help ersolve this please?

Windows 7 - up to latest updates.

HP 4020 Laserjet printer, with latest drivers.
