I have a new CP4025 that we just took out of the box and are having the same problem. It is the first page of every print job that black print is fading out of the bottom right corner from about 2 inches radius from the bottom right corner. If I print a diagnostic page, the very first instruction page you can see the barcode and other text in the bottom right corner fade away to nothing, but all the actual test pages following come out fine. I have printed a solid Black, Blue, Red and Yellow page from MS Word and it is evident that it is only the Black toner that this is a problem with, all the other colors print fine.
