Finaly found it God !
I opened my printer to clean it completely. I dismounted the ETB in the front of the printer and I had some difficulties reinstalling it, which cause the cartridge to not move anymore. So I try again and again and finaly got it. There's this small white object on the picture that you must remove in order to remove de ETB. You must replace it while the ETB is in the 'door close' position. Then, you must be sure that when installing it, the white part right next to his right side, is in position so that it will fit in the hole of the object you are replacing. I got a picture to show what I mean. Also be sure that the white part fit perfectly in the small space of the black object on the right (I'm not the best for explaining I'm sorry).
