Your issue is with the yellow slot or at least that is the first one being reported. One other item which causes this issue is the lever on the right side breaks off and after you close the door all the locks disengage as the lock lever fall down. Easy to tell. Open the and close the toner door and watch the shutters on each toner cartridge as they should open. When you get the error, open the toner door slowly and see if the shutters are still open or covering the drums of the toners. If they are covering the lever lock piece is broken.
