We had a power failure and now the printer is stuck in process 2/8 at the start up. I have erased the disk and reinstalled the latest firmware and still the same thing. So I went into diagnostic menu in the pre boot menu and performed all the test and the only test that performs an error is the memory. Does this mean on board memory needs to be replaced?
