First did you replace the toner cartridge with an hp original toner? Second the 4600 magenta issue was with the 4600 and not the 4650 so replacing the dc controller would not solve the issue on your printer if the 4650. Third is the magenta leaking on the front and back of the paper. If it is check the alienation bars that are the ledges that support the toners in the back when you remove the toners. They are two black bars with ledges and sometimes one of them cracks and then do not lift the toners correctly causing leaking and color streaks on the paper.
