And evidently HP doesn't care any more about trying to fix your problem than they have mine. Really, I have tried to get some response from HP for nearly 2 months on this and you are the only one to even recognize my post.
The only way I've figured out how to get my printer to work is to get a laptop with Windows 7 loaded on it and connect the printer. Works perfectly. Then I copy all my files to print from my desktop to the laptop. This isn't perfect but better than nothing.
