HP is aware of the 89 error and according to the CSN site the issue has been corrected in the latest firmware upgrade. It is basically a counting error that occurs every 21 days and loading the latest firmware will correct the issue. The 13 errors is related to a jam behind tray 1 in the feed path from tray 2 and will appear anytime the paper gets stuck going up the path and will clear once the paper is removed.
